Tournament organization

Hellooo fellow blazblue players, i know hype is at critically low levels, but if a minimum of 8 people want to start a tournament i would be more than happy to proctor. so if anyone still visits the site and wants to get something set up, feel free to post and we'll make something happen

Even if its just one or two people that want to get together and do casuals i'm totally game. Take it easy and try to recruit other bb players if interested
